Buenos Aires, January 30 (NA) – The Chief of Cabinet, Manuel Adorni, will join the YPF Board of Directors as a representative of the National State, the company informed the National Securities Commission. In the communication sent by Class A shareholder, the National State - Ministry of Energy - Ministry of Economy, the Chief of Cabinet was appointed as a Director representing Class A shares. At the same meeting, the resignations of Class D Directors Eduardo Javier Rodríguez Chirillo and José Rolandi were accepted, both for strictly personal reasons. The Class D Oversight Board appointed Mr. Guillermo Francos (former Chief of Cabinet) and Martín Maquieyra as Class D Directors. The appointed directors will serve until the election of new directors by the Shareholders' Assembly.
